We key information into spreadsheets by using data processing software on a computer. The data can be anything from forms in a newspaper, office documents to ann address from an envelope. We use data entry operators to do this and usually return in Excel (in an easy to decrypt protected file).

We key and update incomplete customer records to ensure customer and business addresses are accurate. Data is also validated by passing it through the Royal Mail complete UK address database.

Programmatical validation

Data can be checked using our computer software. For example we can check whether any data meets any criteria specified by a customer. This helps us meet our high accuracy standards.

Data Preparation

Sorting mail directly delivered to us. We can provide a PO Box or Freepost address and take delivery of your item to our secure offices. Once here we can open your mail and sort the contents.

Documents can be scanned to images using our industrial scanners. We can then shred original documents if required, freeing up office space and increasing document security. Fletcher Data can also provide software enabling a customer to search for any scanned image eg by name, reference number. Backed up records mean that you don’t have to worry about documents being lost or damaged.

Fletchers provide an offsite office by scanning and converting your physical mailroom into a digital form. Your incoming mail arrives directly at our office and goes through a mail screening process for security purposes. The mail is sorted, categorized, scanned and sent to the intended recipients for them to manage.

Have your returned mail from your campaign sent to us. We will capture the details, confidentially send to you and destroy the contents.
